WaterfrontOakleigh Forest Civic Association has available to it's membership water access to Cattail Creek, a tributary to the Magothy River. Many members, especially our younger ones, enjoy crabbing and fishing off the community dock. There is a $75 one time fee for a Right of Use Certificate if it's the first time you are paying the slip fee or ramp/access fee. Ramp and access fees are $75 per year, which include a key to the gate. The rack fee for small boats is $50. There is currently a waiting list for one of the eleven dock slips which rent for $325 a year. Residents who wish to use the Oakleigh Forest Waterfront facilities must be members in good standing of the Civic Association. Rules On the Magothy River Association website can be found some main features and history of Cattail Creek.
