Present: Jennifer Roberts, Carey Hill, Shelly Dougherty, Anne O'Grady, Pete Wright, Ken Good, Stephanie Whitehead, John Currence, Catriona Massengale, Aaron Hock, and Frank Cingel
Secretary's Report: Carey Hill
- Call to order
- Quorum verified
- Minutes were approved
Treasurer's Report: Shelly Dougherty
- Trying to track down the name and address on BGE bill to get updated
- 40k-42k- approximate cash on hand
President's Report: Jennifer Roberts
- Welcome to the new board members- Aaron (grounds), John ( community watch), Catriona (President to be elect), Shelly will meet with Andrew next month
- Schedule set for the first half of the board meetings in 2021- 1/10, 2/7 (shifted to avoid Valentine's Day), 3/14, 4/11, 5/16 (shifted to avoid mother's day) and 6/13
- Things to work on for 2021- Figure out what name all of our accounts are under and make sure updated, re-evaluate capital improvement project list, waterfront (don't need to install new electric service at this time; look to redo the lights, replace the kayak racks, re-deck the dock).
Director's Reports
Grounds: Kurt Emrich
- Leaf removal has been completed
- Aaron met with Kurt to get the information so he can take over in January
Social: Jennifer Hirt
- Decorations are completed for the holidays and they look great
- Got volunteers to hand out all the luminaries and to get them set up
- Santa will run and drop a note and gift on the porch to the children this year
Waterfront: Pete Wright
- Shelly will cut and drop off check for electricity (21 River Road)
- Floating dock will stay in, some boats still have not been pulled but it has been unseasonably warm
Pool: Anne O'Grady
- Winterization is complete
Website and Oakleaf: Frank Cingel
- Directory to be ready for January with the dues notice attached
- The President will do a sign up genius to get volunteers to drop off the directories
