Secretary's Report: Carey Hill
- Call to order
- Quorum verified
- Minutes were approved
Treasurer's Report: Shelly Dougherty
- Budget for 2021- (see attached slide)
- Increase for an inflation of 3%
- Increased grounds budget
- Contribution to capital improvement fund was $14,800, now its $15,800
President's Report: Jennifer Roberts
- Nominations for the board and pool board positions approved- ( see attached slide)
Director's Reports: Community Meeting
Grounds: Kurt Emrich
- Nothing new reported (see slide attached)
Social: Jennifer Hirt
- Nothing new reported (see slide attached )
Playground: Stephanie Whitehead
- Nothing new reported (see slide attached)
Waterfront: Pete Wright
- Nothing new reported (see slide attached)
Community Watch: Ken Good
- Pot Hole in parking lot will need fixed
Pool: Anne O'Grady
- Pool budget for next season ( see attached slide)
- Hoping to grow membership for next year, will use fliers again
- Will use Alex's power washer next year again for pool deck
- Need a new head immobilizer
- Will need new main pool pump and baby pool pump
- Light in 5Ft needs replaced
- Transition all pool lights to LED over the next few years
- 120 Coping stones around the pool, 30 will need fixed or replaced for next season
