Pool Party Request Procedure

What is the pool party policy?

How do I request a party?

  • The lifeguard request form can be found here.
  • Complete the form and email it to ofcapool@gmail.com
  • Parties are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
  • Requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of the party - this is to provide adequate time for the pool service company to arrange the after hours lifeguard coverage.

How do I pay for my party?

  • Once the party request has been approved by the OFCA pool board it will be sent to the management company and you will be notified. 
  • An invoice for the total amount will be sent to you from the OFCA pool board.
  • Invoices must be paid in full by the due date noted. A fee will be assessed for late payments. 
  • Invoices can be paid online (preferred) or via check.
  • If you opt to pay by check ...
    • Checks are made payable to OFCA
    • Please deliver to the secure mailbox at 24 Whittier Parkway
    • Please email us when it has been delivered so we can collect it - this email will count as your date paid
