What payment options are available?

  • Payment can be completed online via credit card or bank transfer (ACH). These payment options are preferred.
  • Online payment services are provided by Chase/WePay.
  • The credit card processing fee is 2.8% plus 30cents while the ACH processing fee is 1.3% plus 30cents.
  • These fees are down from 5% for online payments in 2021 and prior.
  • In order to be fully transparent we have not rolled these fees into your dues.
  • As an alternative, membership dues can also be invoiced and submitted via check.
  • To pay by check you must print your invoice, make a check out to "OFCA" for the invoiced amount and drop everything off to the pool mailbox at 24 Whittier Pkwy.
  • Please note that deposits are made monthly so there may be a delay in your check clearing your account. 
  • Prompt payment of membership dues is very much appreciated. Membership dues received on or after May 1st are subject to a 5% surcharge.

What are the steps for a non-resident to become a pool member?

  • A non-resident individual/family must be sponsored by the Oakleigh Forest Pool Committee or an Oakleigh Forest Resident pool member.
  • All households interested in becoming sponsored non-resident pool members must create an account here.
  • Completion of registration and payment of membership dues will be available once your account creation is approved.
  • In the case where the OFCA pool has reached membership capacity, you will be added to our wait list and notified via email.

How do I register and pay for my pool membership?

  • Create your account password
  • Following your account approval, you will receive an email at your registered address.
  • Click the link in the email where you will be directed to a password creation page.
  • Update your profile to add additional adults and/or children
  • Log in to the site with your email address and password.
  • Click on “Your Profile” in the top right.
  • Choose to add Level 2 or Level 3 members
    • Level 2 is for other adults that live in your home
    • Level 3 is for any minor children in your home
    • Once you have added family members to your profile, you won’t need to add them again for pool or social event registration.
  • Complete your pool registration and submit your payment
  • From the pool page select "Registration \ Pay My Dues" or click here.
  • Review the membership options available and select "Begin Registration".
  • Choose your registration option and scroll down to select your "attendees".
    • Your total amount due will be automatically calculated.
    • Please DO NOT select more than 3 children - all level 3 children registered may use the pool, we do not charge for more than 3 children in a single household. 
    • Please DO NOT select any children under 2 as of Memorial Day 2022 - all level 3 children registered may use the pool, we do not charge for children under 2 in a household.
  • Choose to complete and pay online (credit card / bank transfer) OR opt for an invoice and pay via check.
 

How do I add additional adults or children to my membership profile?

  • Log in to the site with your email address and password.
  • Click on “Your Profile” in the top right.
  • Choose to add Level 2 or Level 3 members
    • Level 2 is for other adults that live in your home
    • Level 3 is for any minor children in your home
